It is America´s fault. They had a plan to stop Russia´s newfound prosperity. It lead to OPEC lowering oil prices. That plan destroyed Venezuela, which was a very weak country anyways.
But if they think they can mess with Russia, they are in for a rude awakening, Russia is a strong nation, used to sorrows and struggles, and they will not fall silently.
They are trying to hurt Russia through Syria and the NATO moves in the borders, but they will soon realize that you do not poke the bear for long before he gets fed up with the agravation. I saw reports on CNN saying Russia will have a revolution and Putin will fall. That will not happen, Russia will rebuild whatever the US destroys, and they will come back from it.
