I think that's fair. But think about it, the Denver defense is the better unit for sure. But the offense? Denver's offense looks like garbage, and most of that is due to the QB being trash. If we rated the Denver D as a 9/10, and the SD D as a 8/10, then you have to look at why Denver is falling apart on offense there.
Maybe I'm being too harsh. Rookie QBs are supposed to struggle after all.
