Giving a high score for no reason is as much "bait" as is giving a low score for no reason.

In those situations, there's usually a lead. There's none here... 

Three positive reviews do seem a bit too enthusiastic though, and one simply has little content, so I can say there might be four positive clickbait reviews... Whether you agree or not I don't mind...

Yeah, but it's more along the lines of rigging the score or really liking something everyone hates. People hate BB and like OW but I swing the other way. Hardly seems fishy... Of course, if you see a site with the name of the console on its address, you can single reviews out for bias... 

Sure, there are some very positive reviews that just refer to a difference in taste and that is ok (as I think is the same for low scores).
