She was just looking and she even asked for his opinion about 4K TVs as a whole, doens't look like she was decided to buy one that day.

You're right her saying she was looking at 4K tvs because she was excited about getting a ps4pro obviously leads to advising purchase of a nonexistent product possibly a year or more away and forgetting about that 4K tv for a year or more.
