Well it's not my personal views since I would rate Gears 4 in the high 90s. Nevertheless, reviewers have complained about unskippable cut scene, chemistry between main cast compare to Gears 3, lackluster campaign & complaints that Coalition did nothing to expand on the pre-established gears formula. The reviewers are doing their review base on where the game stand in the series and as a stand alone product. When in reality this is the coalition first major release and can pretty much only improve has they go forward.

Ah thanks for clearing that up. You did write "But, If you look at the final product there is short coming in both the campaign and Multiplayer" it comes off as your personal view. I'm looking at the final product and don't see any major short comings though. I'd argue that Coalition added a solid list of weapons, some mechanics, improved the pacing of both story and action, made enemies terrifying again, took horde to another level etc. I just don't see why they should fix something that ain't broken, core mechanics have been great since 2006 so it only need polishing imo.

Describing the campaign a lackluster is insane but of course they have a right to their opinion. And we have a right to criticize their opinion. But yeah, 84 is a good score and most reviews are positive (and that 5/10 obvious clickbait) so there's really no need to be upset. But it should be 90+ :)
