The hypothesis is either supported or not supported. There is no third possiblity. If it is supported, the hypothesis is accepted. If it is not supported, the null hypothesis is accepted. The null hypothesis does not mean the hypothesis is false, it means it can not be demonstrated to be true.
With that being said, if you believe the bible is an accurate representation of god, then he is, at some points in time at least, physical. In the bible, he interacts with the world in ways that should be clearly detectable. So there is no reason why it should be impossible to support his existence, unless he does not exist.
