If you look at the first page you'll see it wasn't my idea. My responses were appropriate for the comments they're addressing, its not to accost the posters so much as it is to make people take a step back see what is going on here... at least from one perspective. In a dicey thread, I think dicey comments are going to be a given. One interesting thing I think this thread addresses quite uniquely is Sony's customer support and public relations which was either largely avoided as a topic or heavily contested during the dismay of the PS3's launch. It'll be interesting to see how Sony responds to the lesson they've learned with the PS3.
