I keep my PS3 around to play all the PS2 and PS1 games (be it through store or remasters) and of course my favorite PS3 games. Haven't downloaded the plus games on PS3 for awhile. I keep it for the true classics that I keep on disc to play every year or so like Infamous and Ratchet and Clank and the HD collections of Jak and Sly and such. I wouldn't mind them adding VR on and replacing it. However given the sheer install base it makes sense to cut the Vita off instead. That thing hasn't even done 15m while PS3 is almost at 90m
