Touhou Genso Wanderer is digital-only in the west, releasing Feb 7th (NA) / 10th (EU)
Seems like they're releasing Double Focus as well as a pre-order bonus for PS4, no word on Vita version.
NISA going from god tier to pretty damn poor on Vita all in the space of a year or two.
