The Halo 5 bundle was never intended to be a holiday bundle. That are the BF1, Minecraft and Gears 500GB bundles
About the UC4 slim sku, i'm not sure. It's either phasing out, too and will be replaced by a COD:IW (without the remaster) bundle, or Amazon just stopped selling it, to get rid of the UC4 limited edition bundle first.
I do think the latter one is far more unlikely and would only happen if Sony, as the manufacturer asked to do so. otherwise amazon just want to sell stuff and would never stop selling a newer item to get rid of old unsold stock. they just lower the price (further)
