Should one-console gaming sites count toward Metacritic and the like?

The reality is that every reviewer is biased to a certain degree, calling for an unbiased system doesn't make much sense.
Also that site is presented as "critic" but making judgments based on general consensus is pretty much the opposite of critical thinking.
