as said in the video, this is the start of something much bigger. eventually we will get to a point where all we will have to do is carry around a single device and just plug it into different docks for different needs.
as for the phone itself, it seems top of the line, but its a windows phone, which isnt very appealing. an android device with the same functionality would capture my interest more, but i get that you do need windows for this kind of thing.
but when he mentioned that it works like a chromebook i immediately lost interest. i have tried using chromebooks, 2-in-1 tablets, etc, and they are nothing more than PCs with diminished specs. lower amounts of RAM, slower processors, and harddrives under 100 GB. we simply arent at the point where we can shove that much into a 7 inch device and have it affordable and appealing.
in a sentence, this thing is ahead of its time. but one day, PCs will be like this
