Why make a phone? Nintendo can just make billions selling cheap games on both Android and Apple devices. The NX will provide a next-level handheld experience for those that want it. There isn't much need for a dedicated Nintendophone, and there is a lot of risk.
With Sony, they don't have the first party brands or game volume to push a dedicated gaming phone device. I think they should certainly try to compete in the phone market - I'm currently on my third Xperia and love it - and PlayStation support can be a useful angle. But I wouldn't bother making it a huge focus.
