the AMD 7xxx series does FP64 at 1/4th the rate.

So that the number you mean to say, is 901 Gflops (FP64).

Just like the PS4 is 1.84 Teraflops (FP64).

I said about ~900 Gflops... I was off by 1 point.... not sure why you bothered correcting me.

PS4 is single precision 1.84 fp32... where did you get fp64 from...everywhere I see is fp32

The PS4 1.84 number is FP64 (double precision), same with the Xbox One slims 1.4 Tflops.

Maybe Im just wrong? I remember it from the Tegra X1/K1 thread, where we where talking about Flops.

edit:

Because the tegra line had a number higher than the PS4, but in reality it was much weaker, and they where only listing their Single precision number or half?

Okay Im wrong, was mixing up FP32/64 with FP16/32.

So people are saying the NX is now going to be more powerfull than the PS4? almost PS4pro level?

3.6 Tflops... jebus.

If thats meassured the same way as the PS4 & PS4pro's.... Nintendo will be able to do 4k gameing too.

Their artstyle and way of makeing games, with 3.6 Tflops, we will finally see Mario in 4k then.

This is very differnt from the weak tablet hybrid rumor.

But a real home console, that will play Nintendo games in 4k.... sign me up for that NX.

Hope its true and not too expensive then.
