Would the Ps4 PRO have enough power for local multiplayer with two PSVR headsets?

If the game is not already maxing out the CPU with just one player, and GPU power is the only resource possibly creating limits, it should be possible, in some cases lowering resolution. As others wrote, a limit not related to CPU and GPU power could be the number of interfaces available.
