If a religion is a "rallying point" or core to a particular terrorists groups actions then yes religion is imprtant to name-  If not then it may not be anymore important than naming their favorite sports team- 

If a terrorist group from a muslim nation is making attacks because they are narco terrorists or some other non reliogion non Mulslim  reason and they just happen to be Muslim then I see no reason to make an issue of it at that point either-  but so far that has not often been the situation

That's what you are saying now but when a white supremist Christian terrorist attacks a family planning clinic, its all he was a mentally unstable individual. Of course he was, cause all terrorists are mentally unstable. Even when a white Christian terrorist shoots and kills Muslims. The world knows the media spin the west applies. Like blaming everything on either Muslims, or Russia.
