That's not true, either for Skyrim or Fallout games.  In fact, I'm pretty sure the most endorsed Fallout 4 mod is marked as Adult.

My appologies, my preferences weren't updated.  There are 3 or 4 body replacers with nudity options, 3 or 4 out of the top 30.  Still, my point was the majority of popular mods aren't adult mods.
