Eh, I hear this a lot and never understand why. "Published by Microsoft" doesn't instantly stamp the project as "UN-OPTIMIZED". It's interesting that few ever talk about Forza 6: Apex or Gears Ultimate (both fully functional and well ported titles).

They get a stamp like that when they start having several releases that fall into the "un-optimized" category. And its not like Gears of War Ultimate didn't have its own set of problems.

Really, when a publisher releases games where un-opimized games are the norm and optimized games are the exception, I would say they deserve to get that stamp.
