I hope Gears of War is better though.

One uses the Unity engine, the other, a propietary engine tailored to sum of its parts, while Gears is running on UE4. There also wasn't an extensive test done on those titles and neither supports multi GPUs. Considering everything, they just aren't comparable, regardless of their one common thread of UWP.

I hope you are right otherwise, #Skip for me. I am not saying that UWP is the thing which caused the issue, but rather that they were all published by MS that was the issue.
