It doesn't use the old PS Eye camera from Move, it used the new PS camera they released with the PS4.

• 1280×800 pixels @ 60 Hz^[1]
• 640×400 pixels @ 120 Hz^[1]
• 320×192 pixels @ 240 Hz^[1]

- PS Eye

• 640×480 pixels @ 60 Hz^[1]
• 320×240 pixels @ 120 Hz^[1]

It has two cameras, so it adds depth perception. It also has a higher FoV (85 vs 75º).
