Gears Of War 4 To Be A Serious Technical Pusher On PC

As cool as that is, my question is how does it fair against the x1 versions? There have been a few games from MS that seem to require 970 with very little visual difference than the x1 version apart from the usual resolution even though a 970 is far more powerful.

What I am trying to get at is, if the x1 version looks similar to what a 970 is able to do, its not really pushing PC to its limits from a jaw dropping zomg graphics point of view but rather, shit optimization point of view.
