It's in the first line. I guess the issue here and what is essentially being discussed is the scenario that the game didn't live up to your expectation and therefore should you be allowed a refund because it wasn't fit for purpose. The product is not faulty, it works and is a playable game (which many might have enjoyed), so a refund of said product would be denied, the law backs businesses up on this. It's up to the business to accept ot deny a refund unless it's faulty and many games, while maybe buggy or not broken are not faulty to the point of not working. No Man's sky certainly wasn't. It just didn't meet expectations and you can't get a refund on that anyway.
