Interesting.  Thanks for the links.  I had always thought the Census Bureau data was extremely solid, but it looks like at least in 2000 there were some definite cracks in the system (although most data was fine). 

You all provided actual sources so thankyou for that. The other guy was just trolling and 'flaming' even.
