Should psn offer refunds?

I think that would cost Sony way too much money, and more importantly a lot of developers wouldn't be able to make a game with a slow start for fear that people who bought it would find it boring and would ask for a refund without giving it a proper chance.

well, Sony could add another restriction - just 1 refund per week (or x per month) to prevent crazy abuse of that option
