PSVR will pass through 4K but not HDR to your 4KTV

How is it pass through if it doesn't pass through, is it missing a wire or something. The box shouldn't touch the signal at all when vr is not in use. Is it going to add lag too in normal non HDR 1080p 'passthrough'

Why doesn't the pro have a extra hmdi port on the front for vr. I'm starting to like the old Sony better. ps3 was expensive, yet it had hdmi from the start, blu-ray, SD card reader and BC build in. That was a pro.
