The top package for Vue depending on where you are is $44.99-$54.99. The package you are describing for $64.99 is the elite package which has stuff like HBO...etc.

To get a similar package (without all the extra channell bloat) you will be looking at $70/month from your "Charter" and thats even the discounted price when you sign up for 12 months.
