Often that is actually true (Not sure if Sarcasm...) For example... Many PS1 games are best played on PC than the PS1, PS2 or PS3 as the PC can apply some extra tricks to clean up the image.

Many Nintendo 64 emulators will allow you to run various post-processing effects to improve the image.

And that is on top of your typical resolution, framerate, texture filtering, anti-aliasing gains too.

It was sarcasm. PC isn't always best for everything, even more when you need emulator to play the games you want because the PC just didn't had the game.
