Some have pegged it at $15 I believe, although IMHO it can very well be much less, more like <$5, especially if codec/copyprotection licencing is not covered. Hes talked directly to sony about this very issue.
Thats why I mentioned the 10% of market has 4k, and only a few % of those 10%, use their 4k blu-ray drives.
Sony isnt forceing the cost of the 4k blu-ray drive onto consumers, that wont be useing it.
Its done to save money, and allow the PS4pro to have the price point it does.
