Yea, Miami can play good sometimes and they have the talent to be an average team. However, they just don't play up to their ability (kind of like the University of Texas which they always have one of the best recruiting classes yet still are just an average team at best). Miami barely beating Cleveland had me convinced they were going to lose Thursday night against the Bengals.
