Which gen made you play more, 7 or 8?

I did have a Wii for gen 7, but once gen 8 came so did my kids and it also made me a console gamer again instead of PC gamer (which is hard to be with kids)

So for me it has to be gen 8.. but largely due to having missed out on gen 7.
