Once on the rankings pages for time trials you can download the continental or the world record times for each track. You can then watch them or race against their ghost.
Or you could just ask one of us to send you our times. 
Also rather than aiming as high as the world records, you can download the ghost of someone who is slightly faster than you and race against them... I can't remember what it is called, perhaps rival or something (just highlight one of the bubbles near to your own time).
