Looking at my games I pretty much have to give it to Nintendo... Really, the only one on the PS4 I'm looking at that was memorable and not simply a remaster was Uncharted 4. I know there's a good one or two I missed (Gravity Rush), but this one was no contest really.
*Edit*: For the record, if PC was an option I'd be voting for it just slightly ahead of Nintendo, though obviously that's not "first party" so much as they're just not available on consoles.
