Bloodborne and Ratchet & Clank are not made by first party developers but are first party IPs owned by Sony.

If you can include Gears of War Ultimate, which was initially made by Epic Games (a third party dev) then there's no reason that Bloodborne or Ratchet & Clank shouldn't be included as they will never appear on another platform and were owned from the start by the same company. I know that Alien Nation is also exclusive to Sony and comes from a first party.
