My only problem with this is that it's too expensive. It's the same problem I consider the key issue for the PS3 itself.

I absolutely never argue that the PS3 isn't a solid piece of hardware. I have issues with its game library, yes; I don't think it's extremely innovative (although the Eye is), but the PS3 is well built and very versatile. 

But if there's anything a 600 dollar system DOES NOT need, it's a 100 dollar peripheral. This only reinforces the notion that this system is for technophiles.
