Above post is from September 20 where PS dominated in all regional hourly ranks except the British. And it seems that Amazon UK correctly "predicted" a great FIFA 17 week for XB1 (it ended up having a 989% week over week increase).

Looking at the current hourly in the UK, it really shows how important FIFA bundles and marketing are for XB1 (at least short term) as PS4 is now clearly back to selling more.

5. PS4 0.5TB
7. PS4 1TB
14. XB1S 0.5TB FIFA 17 Bundle
32. PS4 Slim 0.5TB
38. PSVR
39. PS4 1TB Lego Star Wars Bundle
40. PS4 Pro
44. PS4 0.5TB Lego Star Wars Bundle
69. XB1S 1TB FIFA 17 Bundle
81. PS4 Slim 1TB

Of course these hourly ranks only tell something about current trends but it's still pretty intriguing to be able to follow almost real time sales trends and then later see the results of those trends in official PR statements (like the "1000% sales boost").

Yeah, the ps4 is having an insane sale in the UK right now, with most OG ps4 systems selling for either 149 pounds with a free copy of Fifa 17 thrown in for good measure (though most stores are already sold out). Plus, the XB1S 2gb released in tiny numbers in August, so there was a long build up of pre-orders for the Fifa bundles. Essentially last week was for the UK what the week of August 2nd was for the US.

Yeah. PS4 really had some great clearance deals. PS4 Slim COD and Watch Dogs bundles must release within days??

Sony really needs a Fifa Bundle or hurry that Cod Bundle since it should do nuts in the UK.

Microsoft has BF1 Bundle wich should be huge but not as big as Cod.

Some people that don't follow sales threads like this, believe that XB1 will start outselling PS4 regularly in the US and UK based on 3 things:

1. XB1S having a 4K Blu-ray player (I'd argue this is a non factor for the mainstream gamer)
2. XB1S seeing a 989% sales boost in the UK (I'd argue this was expected due to the preorders and launch of the FIFA 17 bundle)
3. XB1S outselling PS4 Slim on the US Amazon ranks (I'd argue PS4 Slim will show its true strength when the COD and Watch Dogs bundles are released)

As I wrote in another thread:

Of course I can't know for sure but I highly expect current PS4 sales to be restricted for 2 reasons.

1. People wanting a PS4 Pro
2. People wanting a PS4 Slim COD bundle

Once these bundles and PS4 Pro release, I think PS4 has the US and UK holiday on lock.
