It's probably that rare due to been on PS+, It's happened with other games they go from like 12% Platinum to a 4% when they go on PS+ as everyone downloads the new free games plays for 30 minutes earns a few bronze trophies and then never play it again, Also having the speedrun tophies turns away a lot of people from the platinum as they don't want to put the time into it and fail once or a few times and not get the trophies :)
