They were sued, they were not ever investigated by a regulating body. It should not take a massive class action to expose the kind of unadulterated BS that Colonial Marines were doing, the false advertising was painfully cut and dry. And they are still freaknig doing it. Also, Pitchord weasled his way out of that lawsuit.
