You call your xbox and it answers and actually talks to you?

A lot of people call everything related to the Xbox 360 "xbox", even the parent company, the support line, the reps, etc.  I noticed this on craigslist as well "I got this for Christmas 2007 and two months later it broke with red eyes but I called xbox and they replaced it.  So you get a new xbox directly from xbox, still in the box."
