Its not about under delivering, its about false advertisement. The games Steam page still has misleading footage and false advertising of what the game looks and plays like. Its been out for 6 or 7 weeks IIRC.
Unfortunately all that can happen from this is they can request for the bullshot videos to be taken down. But I agree with what someone else said, a class action lawsuit is inevitable. They lied too much for it not to happen.
