If Ubisoft will only make BG&E 2 with someone else's money I think Nintendo is the only place they can turn to. I don't think Sony or MS value that brand highly enough to warrant putting exclusive money into it. It's a niche cult classic, but ultimately not a big seller. But if Nintendo can convince 100K people to buy NX who otherwise wouldn't have given it a thought, then it might be worth it to them.
