If it was that easy to convince all the powers that want to go to war. Defend the country etc. To divert money back to the US. Presidents in the past would of done it. With that kind of money. It could make it possible to refine eletric cars. To the point of being actually aforable, on a global scale. Or make strides in de-salination plants. But you know...
