You just have to give the poll's link to your supporters in a mail or on Twitter and you can win anything. And if that's not enough, you can easily vote a few hundreds or thousands times yourself!
During the Crimea crisis, the results of the polls on one of the main French news website were always on the Russian side. After a while, the website explained that in all of those polls there was a weird number of votes coming from Russia...
