If I could speak to them I guess be curious as to motivations and what their reality is like and how they are certain it is not a nested simulation.
In terms to our response a simulation would make me wonder if we'd be able to manipulate it given this knowledge. Not being limited by the light barrier for speed for example opens all sorts of possibilities.
