MS may be partnering with Oculus, since a partnership already exists. Vive is simply too clunky
I can see Oculus and MS co-developing an Xbox version of the Oculus hardware. I'd imagine Kinect 2.0 is a better camera/tracking device for the livingroom than the Oculus solution, but who knows.
