It's fairly balanced, but the missle launchers and flak guns have an advantage over warhawks. It's possible to destroy them as a warhawk, but they can take you out much faster if they see you (unless you're good with the TOW missles). However, while the missle launchers and flak guns have unlimited ammo, they have to reload and that takes enough time for a warhawk to get a quick shot in (missle launchers reload after each launch, flak guns get 50 shells but you can reload them at any time).
Those things are why I prefer dogfight only servers because you can concentrate more on fighting.
