Actually, because there are more whites than blacks, the first two bars should be reversed.  But they're not, which means a black person is like literally about 100 times more likely to murder a white person than the reverse. That's crazy.  100X. 

That said, I don't really think race is a factor there. It's probably socioeconomic factors, gun control, and other things before race.

While I agree with the point made, it's 10-12, not hundred.
