32" at 7ft away, not really worth it to go 4K without HDR and 10 bit color, not really at 40" either.
The Samsung KU6300 doesn't support 10 bit color either and only half of HDR specced brightness.

Not great HDR is better than no HDR of course. But if you can, better wait until 10 bit panels with HDR get into your price range.
Anyway at that distance, a good 1080p panel will still see benefits of the ps4 pro. Perhaps a budget 1080p tv until 4K 10 bit HDR becomes affordable? Treat your current tv nicely, maybe it will work for another year :)
