I wouldnt be surpised if it came out at 449$ vs the 349$ (by then) of  the PS4 pro.

The extra horsepower under the hood, should be enough to make people willing to pay 100$ more, and MS will probably not want to loss alot of money on the sales of these. That stopped last gen.
