I'm not sure I see it that way. Anyone who's messed around with emulators in the past knows full well that you don't really alter things like the frame rate in emulated games. Console games were programmed to be a certain way, and the PC can only copy that, with shinier graphics. I think if Microsoft advertised it as a 100% direct copy of the X360 experience, a lot of people would be on board.
Or I could be very wrong.
