$449 sounds about right. Even at $50 more expensive, it will provide a better value, a better 4K console and UHD player the other alternative lacks.
They don't have to sell lower than that because the main consumer is that one dumping money on a 4K HDR TV and they'll want the best option for it that can also playback UHD Bluray media.
